- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Were told to arrive for the appointment 30 minutes early, we did so. The appointment was scheduled for 10 AM. First we were told, at 10:17 AM that it would be another 10-15 minutes and they were sorry. At 10:36 AM, we were told they would go check and see what was going on. At 10:41, told it would be six more minutes. Still waiting and it is 10:55. If time management is a reflection of the service to be received, I would rather go to a veterinarian for my care.September 12, 2017by Rachel Giger
