  I'm so done with this place. I've been having kidney stone issues since I was 14. I pass on average, 1-3 stones a month. I've been going to Karty since we moved here and I've seen multiple urologist's due to my issue. I've been prescribed every pain killer you can think of at some point and nothing works as good as Tramadol, at least for me. I have never had an issue with Karty and his team until within the last 12 months. Here's what's going on. I have a gland issue, my kidneys don't process calcium like everyone elses, so I'm a machine for kidney stones. All I can do is drink water and hope for the best. End of story. I call Walgreens to refill my Tramadol December of last year and Walgreens called me back and said that my doctor told me I need to come in and have an appointment if I want my prescription re-filled. I thought, well this is dumb. They know my problem, I know my problem, why do I need to go in and whip out $40 so I can get ticked off and explain the same stuff so I can get my $2 prescription I get every year. I go in and tell them that I don't want to be pulled in again like that for NO GOOD REASON. The last few times I've been in they treat me like a junky when I go almost a year to OVER a year on my refills. It's been 9 months since my last re-fill. I called Walgreens and they called me back and told me that Karty said that he will no longer re-fill it and to go see a urologist. Go through what I go through pain wise and then think about what you're doing. You're making it soooo much harder for me. I'm so done with you and your team. Done.
