- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had an appointment on a Monday and they had to reschedule to a Thursday. Thursday's are a busy day for me & combined with all the construction around their office I showed up less than 10 minutes late (with a call ahead) and they turned Carter away. Guess it's okay for them to miss an appointment by 72 hours but we can't show up minutes late. Will be going to a more accommodating & properly staffed pet hospital.
