  I can't complain about Dr. Estrada or the nursing team. However, The billing department has a big problem. After making consistent, on-time payments towards our account balance we were told by Olathe Women's center billing department that they incorrectly filled the claims and would need to resolve the issue. We were told not to make any further payments until it had been resolved. However each month following we received a new bill with incurred late charges. Each time we called (almost monthly) we were told they would tell us not to pay, they are still trying to resolve it with the insurance companies, each time promising to call us back. We were never called back. After a year and a half of this repeated conversation we received a notice from a collection agency that we owed the amount plus the late charges. So then after calling the office of Olathe Women's Center they there are no issues with the account and we need to pay the collection agency bill. I asked if we can get the late charges removed since we only stopped paying on the account as they advised. The response was we will look into it and get back to you within a day. Big surprise, no call back and it is hard enough getting someone to answer in the first place. This is very frustrating and poor customer service. Do not repeatedly promise to look into something and say that you will call back when you never do.

  Incredibly disappointed. I walked in and explained I didn't have my actual insurance card, I have all my info and virtual card via my insurance website on my phone. She insisted I cancel and reschedule otherwise without the physical card I was responsible for the full amount today. I had all the info. Made me feel like a crook. Thank you for the experience.
